The sweetest, coolest summer... Panchos Bakery

We've been working with Pancho's Bakery for the last three years, producing memorable videos for their products and events. They introduced churros, a popular Mexican pastry, into the Canadian Market with big success. Last summer they created this tasty variation, combining ice cream and churros. You couldn't believe the lines outside the stores. 

This very low cost video helped to create the buzz.

We love sports; we wanted to offer you One Last Shot

We wanted to offer 15 amateur players over 25 from all over Canada  the opportunity to make their dream come true: to play against a team of Canadian soccer legends. Our TV show, One Last Shot was a multimedia event that showcased the determination of ordinary individuals in an extraordinary situation. The show works on a strong insight: that everyone harbours a belief they could have been the best, if only they’d been given the chance. The most valuable player in the eventual game received a $10K prize.

The One Last Shot format consists of 13 30 minute TV episodes, which collectively tell the story of the idea’s inception, the team’s formation and training, and the final event. The complete season will take the viewer on an epic journey that is forever defined by a single question: can a team of could-have-beens turn themselves into heros, just for one day?

Clinique & the Millennials

Since we started working for Clinique, we’ve been testing different ways to reach millennials on a very volatile market. Last summer, Clinique asked us to launch a full contact campaign to target university students across the country. We conducted a series of events in the largest 11 university campuses in Canada. Events included games, product trial, web contests and Instagram enrolment. To execute this, we gather a team of 90 ambassadors to activate in our booths during universities orientation week. Additionally, to build a database, we designed and conducted a web contest on which the winner traveled to attend as a VIP to the Pacha night club closing party in Ibiza Spain. The promotion impacted more than 115,000 students and Clinique Instagram followers increased in 20%. More than 3,800 persons signed up to our database.

Our creativity lab: Institute for Creative Exchange

The Institute for Creative Exchange (ICE) is a newly formed organization dedicated to motivating and nurturing creative expression in the arts through a focus on the creative process. ICE seeks to bring writers, visual artists, musicians, choreographers, and other cultural practitioners in an interdisciplinary international exchange that expands the idea of how art practices evolve and innovate in the Americas today.

We created ICE to nurture from the most relevant artists of the contemporary art scene.

Cuervo's finest Tequila pairs with artists

Since 1995, Casa Cuervo commissioned top Mexican artists the Reserva de la Familia package design. The work of artists such as Carlos Aguirre, Betsabé Romero, Pablo Vargas Lugo among others, are now part of the Reserva de la Familia box collection. This year, Jorge Méndez Blake created a unique piece based on the landscape surrounding his hometown. 

Polka documented this event, as part of a video series that will present the evolution of this artistic intervention.

We recently finished these two short commercials for Samsung Galaxy S7 to be aired on ESPN. One piece was focused on the high sensitivity of the phone's camera; the second one promotes its amazing water resistance. In both cases, videos displayed both the brand and the TV network.
